Final Assets
All assets will get their unique identifiers so that we can easily distinguish them. This identifier is called a VIN, which is an acronym for video identification number. On this page, you'll find a comprehensive guide on identifying all assets in your delivery.
Please deliver all versions at the same time so the Quality Check can be performed simultaneously.
VINs are essential because they allow us to track the performance of content across multiple platforms and are the foundation to providing us with valuable insights into how and why an asset is performing.
Even if you are producing one video but in 3 different aspect ratios, you will receive 3 VINs, one for each aspect ratio.
Unique VIN numbers per asset also enable us to track a host of legal information about the asset
Upon commission, you will find your VIN numbers listed in your Production Services Agreement.
