Legal Binder
The Legal Binder contains all documents that provide knowledge about acquired rights in and to the Production.
It should contain signed copies of all contracts concluded for your production, for example Signed Appearance Releases, Location Agreements or Permission to Shoot, License Purchase Agreements Third Party Footage, Performance Agreements, other legal documents (e.g. E&O Certificate, Certificate of Insurance COI) etc.
