Requirements

  • Registered and approved account
  • Login information

How to get Access

Navigate to the tool: fast.redbull.com

Access will be granted by our Content Management team. If you have not yet received access, then please contact your Content Manager.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a notification via email stating that you have been granted access. Processing your request may take up to 24 hours.

Working with FAST

It is pretty simple. If your account has been granted multiple upload destinations then select the correct destination using the "Change" button (Figure 1), for example Red Bull Media House Wals, Salzburg or Red Bull Media House Los Angeles. You can then drag & drop or select the file(s) that need to be transferred. The upload starts immediately without any further input required. As soon as the "Upload" is completed, you can close the browser.

To monitor the progress of your files, click on "Files Log" in the top right corner (Figure 2)

The "Transfer" from our global data-center to the specific RBMH location can take a while. As soon as the file is available, you will get an email notification (Figure 3). Please forward this email to the responsible Content Manager or Red Bull contact.
