Asset Planning Guidelines
Before you finalise your budget and sign a Production Services Agreement, you must confirm the Asset List. This is an overview of what you are being paid to produce and deliver.
Assets for Delivery & VIN Numbers
All assets will get their unique identifiers so that we can easily distinguish them. This identifier is called a VIN, which is an acronym for Video Identification Number. E.g. even if you‘re producing one video but in 3 different aspect ratios, you will receive 3 VINs, one for each aspect ratio.
VINs are essential because they allow us to track the performance of content across multiple platforms and are the foundation to providing us with valuable insights into how and why an asset is performing.
Unique VIN numbers per asset also enable us to track a host of legal information about the asset
Upon commission, you'll find your VIN numbers listed in your Production Services Agreement.
